Club app troubleshooting guide


For issues with club app not showing fixtures/messages, try each of the following tips, in turn:

1. Swipe down in the calendar section or message section to refresh

2. Log out of the app and log back in again.

3. Delete the app and reinstall [DO NOT REAPPLY TO REGISTER. This will cause more problems as you are already registered]

4. Email support@pitchero.com for further advice.

NOT RECEIVING NOTIFICATIONS

Go to My Account in the Club app and ensure notifications are enabled.

Go to Settings on your Android/iPhone and ensure notifications are enabled
