Registration instructions for junior players under age 14

All players, managers, coaches, umpires, youth volunteers and committee members must:

• be registered with the club before attending training
• read and understand all the policies and codes of conduct as detailed under the Information section of our website before agreeing to join the club.

All players agree to update registration information at the start of the season in a timely manner when prompted.

Our club policy is that we do not communicate directly with players under age 14 years.

Instructions for parents registering your child

1. Read the registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct under the Information section of our website.
2. Download the free club app Club Pitchero or visit our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com
3. Register by creating an account with PARENT name and email address.
4. Apply for the role of PARENT. NB. Parents should NOT register as a player unless they are a player themselves.
5. Complete relevant information for PARENT.
6. Go to My Account and click on ADD A CHILD.
7. Type in child's name and choose relevant team (as shown in table below).
8. Once the request has been approved, you will be asked to complete essential information, i.e. emergency contact details, medical information and consents to policies.

Instructions to add an additional child

1. Go to My Account-My Roles-Parent of/Manage and click on ADD A CHILD.
2. Type in child's name and choose relevant team (as shown in table below).
3. Once the request has been approved, you will be asked to complete essential information, i.e. emergency contact details, medical information and consents to policies.

Kelso Hockey Club is responsible for all registrations with Scottish Hockey/East District.
