The information we hold is held securely to allow us to keep you updated with Kelso Hockey Club training/tournaments/festivals/league games/events Kelso Hockey club holds personal date of club members on our club website which has been produced by Pitchero. The club also uses social media to promote the club. Kelso Hockey Club is affiliated to Scottish Hockey and we share children’s and adults’ personal information and contact email with them, this is for eligibility for child/adult to play hockey and for insurance purposes. Scottish Hockey has its own General Data Protection Policy and this can be found at

Kelso Hockey club is also affiliated to East District and we share some personal information with them if the child/adult plays in Ladies leagues. This is for eligibility to play hockey.
We do not share your personal information with any other party.
Kelso Hockey Club will keep a record of the member’s personal details plus parents/carers as long as players are registered as a member of the club.
