On a cold, sunny afternoon Kelso 3s travelled through to Livingston and right from the start had all the pressure. Towards the end of the first quarter, captain Robyn Ford found the back of the net from a well worked ball in from the right, to put the away side in front.

The second and third quarters were more even, but Kelso still had the majority of possession and numerous shots on goal. The home team’s goalkeeper and a strong defence held out well. However, a quickly taken free hit up the left by Annika Schaeli, moved on well by Molly Sutherland and Zoe Horsburgh and hit beautifully across the front of the goal by Ginny Stewart, caused the GK to make an error, resulting in a second goal for Kelso to double their lead and make the final score 2-0 to the visitors.
