Tornadoes had an emphatic 8-1 win against Grange Cheetahs, dominating play with their quick passing and accurate shooting. The only time they were unsettled was in adjusting to playing one short when we reduced the number of players to even up the game.

Their second game against Inverleith Marmosets was a much closer affair with both teams pretty evenly matched. Kelso scored first, but Inverleith were quick to equalise and then went one ahead when Tornadoes were caught unawares by a quickly taken free hit outside the shooting area. An immediate retaliation came from Zoe White who drove at pace up the right hand side and calmly slotted the ball past the keeper. A further two goals were scored following some excellent play by Toby Anderson down the left to give Tornadoes a well deserved 2-0 win over the Marmosets.
