Membership renewal is a two-part process and is required at the start of each season.

Please ensure the instructions below are read carefully before applying, as there are different rules for KHC and Scottish Hockey.

1. KELSO HOCKEY CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Parents should continue to be registered as a PARENT using parent's email address.

Players age 14 years+ may also register with KHC using their own email address with permission from their parent.

We will move players into new age groups at the start of each season, if/when required.

KHC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FOR PARENTS

1. Read the registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct in the Information section of our website, www.kelsohockeyclub.com.
2. In the club app, go to My Account/Account Details for the parent
3. Check details ensuring that all entries are complete and correct
4. Click Declaration for season 2025/26 and save changes
5. Click on the tab for the child's account, ensuring all details are complete and correct and save changes
6. Repeat for each child, where appropriate.

KHC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FOR PLAYERS

1. Read registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct in the Information section of our website, www.kelsohockeyclub.com.
2. In the club app, go to My Account/Account Details
3. Check details ensuring that all entries are complete and correct
4. Click Declaration for season 2025/26 and save changes

2. SCOTTISH HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

ALL players under age 18 years must be registered with Scottish Hockey by the parent and the parent's email address. No player under age 18 years can register themself with their own email address.

This year we are asking parents to pay Scottish Hockey individual membership fee directly to Scottish Hockey. This amount will be deducted from the fees charged to you by Kelso Hockey Club.

1. Parents should login to your account on https://scottish-hockey.sport80.com/login
2. Go to Individual membership for your child and select Membership Type* and click on One Time Payment.
3. Complete all fields for requested information
4. Click "Add to Basket" and pay the annual fee.*
5. Repeat the process for any additional children under age 18.

*Membership type
U18 MEMBER: Age 14+ and under 18 as at 1st January 2026 AND playing senior league hockey. Fee is £25.
YOUTH MEMBER: Age 14+ and under 18 as at 1st January 2026 and NOT playing senior league hockey. Fee is £5.
