All players, parents, managers, coaches, umpires, youth volunteers and committee members must :

• read, understand and agree to the Codes of Conduct and Safe in Care Guidelines, as detailed under the Information section of our website before joining the club

• be registered on the club's registration platform Pitchero before attending training

• register with Scottish Hockey as an individual member via the platform Sport:80

• agree to update registration information at the start of each season and during the season if details have changed. This includes emergency contacts, any medical information and consents

It is club policy that we do not communicate directly with players who are under age 14 years.
