Registration is a two-part process.

1. KELSO HOCKEY CLUB REGISTRATION

ALL players under age 14 years must be registered with KHC by the parent using the parent's email address.

1. Read the registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct under the Information section of our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com.
2. Download the free club app Club Pitchero or visit our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com
3. Create an account with PARENT name and email address and apply for the role of PARENT. NB. Parents should NOT register as a player unless they are a player themselves.
5. Complete relevant information for PARENT.
6. Go to My Account-My Roles-Parent of/Manage and click on ADD A CHILD.
7. Type in child's name and choose relevant team (from table below).
8. Once the request has been approved, complete essential information for your child, i.e. emergency contact, medical information and consents to policies.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 for each additional child under age 14.

2. SCOTTISH HOCKEY REGISTRATION

ALL players under age 18 years must be registered with Scottish Hockey by the parent using the parent's email address.

1. Go to the webpage, https://scottish-hockey.sport80.com/login
Alternatively, search "Sport 80 Scottish Hockey login".
2. Create an account with PARENT email address and password
3. Select "NO" when asked 'Is this account for you?'
4. Go to Individual membership and select Membership Type YOUTH MEMBER and click on One Time Payment.
5. Complete all fields for requested information
6. Click "Add to Basket" and pay the £5 annual fee.
7. Repeat the process for any additional children under age 14.
