Registration is a two-part process.

Please ensure the instructions below are read carefully before applying, as there are different rules for KHC and Scottish Hockey.

1. KELSO HOCKEY CLUB REGISTRATION

Parents should register for role of PARENT using parent's email address.

Players age 14 years+ may register with KHC using their own email address with permission from their parent.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENT REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF PLAYER
1. Read the registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct under the Information section of our website, www.kelsohockeyclub.com.
2. Download the free club app Club Pitchero or visit our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com
3. Create an account with PARENT name and email address.
4. Apply for the role of PARENT. NB. Parents should NOT register as a player unless they are a player themselves.
5. Complete relevant information for PARENT.
6. Go to My Account-My Roles-Parent of/Manage and click on ADD A CHILD.
7. Type in child's name and choose relevant team (from table below).
8. Once the request has been approved, complete essential information for your child, i.e. emergency contact, medical information and consents to policies.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 for each additional child.

PLAYER AGE 14+ REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read the registration terms and conditions and codes of conduct under the Information section of our website, www.kelsohockeyclub.com.
2. Download the free club app Club Pitchero or visit our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com
3. Create an account with PLAYER name and email address.
4. Apply for the role of PLAYER.
5. Choose relevant team (from table below).
6. Once the request has been approved, complete essential information, i.e. emergency contacts, medical information and consents to policies.

2. SCOTTISH HOCKEY REGISTRATION

ALL players under age 18 years must be registered with Scottish Hockey by the parent and the parent's email address. No player under age 18 years can register themself with their own email address.

1. Go to the webpage, https://scottish-hockey.sport80.com/login
Alternatively, search "Sport 80 Scottish Hockey login".
2. Create an account with PARENT email address and password
3. Select "NO" when asked 'Is this account for you?'
4. Go to Individual membership and select Membership Type* and click on One Time Payment.
5. Complete all fields for requested information
6. Click "Add to Basket" and pay the annual fee.*
7. Repeat the process for any further children under age 18.

*Membership type
U18 MEMBER: Age 14+ and under 18 as at 1st January 2026 AND playing in senior league matches. Fee is £25.
YOUTH MEMBER: Age under 14 as at 1st January 2026. Fee is £5
OR
Age 14+ as at 1st January 2026 playing ONLY in U14/U16 leagues or training. Fee is £5.
